About the University

Located in the coastal city of Da Nang, Phan Chau Trinh University received ECFMG approval in November 2024, opening a USMLE pathway for students who wish to pursue their careers in the USA. PCTU provides separate Indian hostels and is recognised by the NMC, WHO and listed on WDOMS.

Visa Process & Support

Our team manages your Vietnam student visa end-to-end. The typical journey:

1. 1

   Receive Offer Letter

   Confirm your admission and Offer Letter from the university before beginning the visa process.

2. 2

   Obtain the Entry Approval Letter

   The university submits Form NA2 to Vietnam Immigration to generate your Entry Approval Letter, typically 4-8 weeks before departure.

3. 3

   Submit visa application at the embassy

   Provide your passport (minimum 12 months validity), Entry Approval Letter, application forms, passport photos and visa fee to the Vietnam Embassy to receive the DH Visa (Vietnam Student Visa) for full-time study.

4. 4

   Register temporary residence

   Within 7 days of arriving in Vietnam, register your temporary residence with the local immigration authority.
